There's two stations with the same K-Love format on both sides of it, so i'm trying to figure out the sweetspot to avoid the interference going on, and failing. Also it's cold here. Aside from that, it's been a fine day.

While I don't necessarily understand or endorse how things become hits, I am impressed that the 5th single off of her album (Bad Guy) turned out to be a number one.

"Jerry Was a Race Car Driver" by Primus comes to mind, but who remembers Ray Peterson back in 1960 with his teen weeper, "Tell Laura I Love Her," about a driver who dies in a race crash? Songs like "Dead Man's Curve" by Jan and Dean and all those hotrod/Beach Boys tunes don't count because they weren't actually about "race" cars, just cars racing. Can any listeners think of some others?

Aside from that, it's been a fine day.
