	11:09pm chresti: On work days I get up around 4:15am I usually don't actually fall asleep until 9-9:30 though I try to lay down by 8:30. As more people drive to work, I have to leave earlier. I give myself 2 hours to have coffee and put on my city wig and make up.

I did a few years of going to bed around 8-8:30 and getting up at 4, even though I could have slept until 5:30-6. they were the best years of my life. Hopefully the early bed/rise thing benefits you as much.

	11:09pm chresti: On work days I get up around 4:15am I usually don't actually fall asleep until 9-9:30 though I try to lay down by 8:30. As more people drive to work, I have to leave earlier. I give myself 2 hours to have coffee and put on my city wig and make up.

I did a few years of going to bed around 8-8:30 and getting up at 4, even though I could have slept until 5:30-6. they were the best years of my life. Hopefully the early bed/rise thing benefits you as much.
