Heya, ZZZ! Yes! Rascal Reporters are a unique mixture of Zappa, Henry Cow, Canterbury bands like Egg, the Residents, and the Carpenters ... and, of course, a big dollop of their own unique sound.

I actually lived in Belgium for about 7 months in late 1980/early 1981. I have a vague sense of 'what was in the water' there that helped produce the likes of Subject and the whole "Insane Music" crowd.
