	3:26pm Paper Kosmonaut: 1 tray of veggie chicken pieces diced red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, broccoli, sweet potato, one big carrot cloves of garlic to taste two shalots oyster mushrooms, torn in strips a large tablespoon of a good moroccan green herbal mix a little salt Harissa to taste and couscous a bit of olive oil and the diced veggies in a large pan. Stir them, add the oyster mushrooms, add the herbs, let it simmer, add just a tiny little bit of water now and then bake the chicken pieces separately. with the shalots and the garlic Add them when the stew is almost ready. Let it simmer together for another 5 minutes Boil water add to the couscous voila.

	3:26pm Paper Kosmonaut: 1 tray of veggie chicken pieces diced red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, broccoli, sweet potato, one big carrot cloves of garlic to taste two shalots oyster mushrooms, torn in strips a large tablespoon of a good moroccan green herbal mix a little salt Harissa to taste and couscous a bit of olive oil and the diced veggies in a large pan. Stir them, add the oyster mushrooms, add the herbs, let it simmer, add just a tiny little bit of water now and then bake the chicken pieces separately. with the shalots and the garlic Add them when the stew is almost ready. Let it simmer together for another 5 minutes Boil water add to the couscous voila.
