	1:15am Scott67: I have been getting 'therapy' on & off for over a decade. The more I do, the more I find is wrong. Which is fine, but the issues goway back. PTS is the latest finding. But FMU is the best therapy money can't buy! 👍😎🍻🎶📻🌞🌏

(started antidepressants, anti-anxiety a few months ago -- they seemed to be working a bit, i think? at first -- now just feeling the same old BLAH -- and true, everyone is different and reacts differently -- but i will be so freaking glad when i do not have to be on these drugs anymore)

	1:55am slugluv1313: @Paulo -- i am convinced that half the reason i am experiencing "depression," "anxiety," other health issues is because i have not been able to be as physically active as i normally would (even before covid) -- life is constantly stressful, but i have always had some sort of "self care" that helped -- years ago, i would go to a Hatha Yoga class on Mondays after work, and train in HapKiDo for two hours Tuesdays through Fridays (i would joke how i literally pounded all the stress out of me) . . . sure, life was far from perfect, and not like any of this magically made all the problems go away -- but it all sure helped to clear my head, so i could work on solving whatever

	2:18am coelacanth∅: my best instruction, the one that clicked, came at an adult school program -as unlikely as that may seem. this guy was good at explaining why -so the how made more sense. a few old timers dropped out quickly because the sparring was not what they expected. not their fault, as it was advertised as meditation and for health.
	2:26am slugluv1313: same here, no job = no $$$ for classes where i trained was not even that expensive, but still could not afford when covid hit, the school already had a bunch of stuff on their youtube channel, but added more (and yeah, i really should be practicing the forms, other things i can do at home -- just not a whole lot of space here)

(started antidepressants, anti-anxiety a few months ago -- they seemed to be working a bit, i think? at first -- now just feeling the same old BLAH -- and true, everyone is different and reacts differently -- but i will be so freaking glad when i do not have to be on these drugs anymore)

	1:55am slugluv1313: @Paulo -- i am convinced that half the reason i am experiencing "depression," "anxiety," other health issues is because i have not been able to be as physically active as i normally would (even before covid) -- life is constantly stressful, but i have always had some sort of "self care" that helped -- years ago, i would go to a Hatha Yoga class on Mondays after work, and train in HapKiDo for two hours Tuesdays through Fridays (i would joke how i literally pounded all the stress out of me) . . . sure, life was far from perfect, and not like any of this magically made all the problems go away -- but it all sure helped to clear my head, so i could work on solving whatever

	2:18am coelacanth∅: my best instruction, the one that clicked, came at an adult school program -as unlikely as that may seem. this guy was good at explaining why -so the how made more sense. a few old timers dropped out quickly because the sparring was not what they expected. not their fault, as it was advertised as meditation and for health.
