They were mostly from Newfoundland but when they heard that the friend I was with was planning his honeymoon in Nova Scotia, they had a lot of advice. It was a hilarious good time.

	11:21am Andres: Condiments are also spice based. I would not consider jam or marmalade a condiment. Also, maple syrup has no added sugar. It is reduced from sap. Added to food to enhance its flavour, yes. Condiment, no.

I've noticed that szechuan peppercorns (Zanthoxylum) have a slightly similar effect, where after I eat them, a glass of water tastes really good. I haven't tried chomping on a lemon yet!

Next morning rip them up and toss them into a bowl with a lil honey and nuke for 30sec.
