I am fortunate enough to have been born just early enough to witness the head shop phenomenon in its full glory. Hair Boutique was across the street from the junior high I attended. Tons of blacklight posters.

One interesting thing about Lincoln St. Exit (heard twice today): They were an all-Native American band. Later shortened their name to Xit, and continued on for years. They may even still be around today.
