I <heart> ERB quite a bit. Probably one of my fave "early" Sci-Fi authors. (Though he wrote so much stuff.)

In "Beyond 30" some crazy catastrophe happens, and all of Europe is turned in a Jungle, and has been unexplored for decades. So our main character had some trouble with his airship and ends up having to explore what has happened since.
