Which is what I had in Berlin from this Turkish grocery store. If you hold the esophagus, then it has the heart, the liver, the kidneys and whatever else attached. It's a big pile that you can hold by the esophagus. I did that for a while, but in America I didn't get the meat at all. In England I got it twice.

It's a big pile that you can hold by the esophagus. I did that for a while, but in America I didn't get the meat at all. In England I got it twice.
