...i maybe should not say "india relish. i think there's an indian relish in authentic indian cuisine and it's probably nothing like what heinz or whomever calls "india relish"
...and i just looked and mine right now is "deli style sweet" relish by mt.olive but it's not nearly as sweet as others (and has no yellow dye)
