These guys have the kind of album I wanted to immediately devour upon first listen. Catchy jangle-pop-folk is the essence of this Bay-Area based band, sprinkled with generous hints of Kinks-acoustic Beatles-Shins-every singalong favorite you can name, without copy-catting the style. Rogue Wave just might be your new favorite pop band. |
