Wrist is nearly back to normal (save for real strain/weight put on it) and now I am hoping the shockwave therapy on the elbow will deliver (that can take six weeks) for the muscles/tendons to recover after being damaged on purpose. It boggles the mind I end up with more bother from having the cast and being immobilized than from the actual fracture.

Wrist is nearly back to normal (save for real strain/weight put on it) and now I am hoping the shockwave therapy on the elbow will deliver (that can take six weeks) for the muscles/tendons to recover after being damaged on purpose. It boggles the mind I end up with more bother from having the cast and being immobilized than from the actual fracture.
