I seriously think there should be a weekly Random Pull show in the schedule. It will highlight the nooks and crannies of the music library and demonstrate that algorythm based "randomness" is a bunch of hogwash.

I've found I can no longer bear hearing the Talking Heads. Their music hasn't aged well at all for me, and I've heard it way too much. I know that's probably a very unpopular opinion. The guy on "Your Favorite Band Sucks" podcast said the Talking Heads are what Roxy Music would have sounded like if they hadn't discovered sex, and I sort of agree. I'd rather listen to Roxy.

I've been reflecting on my life on the comment board lately. One thing that happened at the beginning of the pandemic, I was drawing at the kitchen table ( just like I'm doing right now) I told Handy, and he said he wanted to see it. I thought to myself - I'm not going to send him this piece of crap, so I made a comic strip. I mean what else was there to do back then?

Well, that comic strip got a lot of good feedback. Someone who will go nameless saw it and suggested I do a project, which will also go nameless. As a result, this person and I did some projects together. It was tons of fun...until it wasn't.

Thanks to Handy, I shot myself in the foot.

No! I got an invitation to bike over, but I already had plans. I saw a matinee performance of my friend Rel Farrar's play "Out Of The Boil: A Climate Change Musical" which featured a cast of crawfish singing ELO songs with the lyrics changed to be about climate change and unionizing the workplace. It was hilarious; a triumph. Then I had band practice with the new band.
