I have survived 66 years without contracting any of the major diseases that plague western society. Polio,small pox, rubella,TB, serious Covid. There will always be contradictions & outliers but for the most part these preventive measures haven more than proven themselves for 50+ years in most cases. Just my observation after lots of high quality research and living basically disease free for as long as I have.

People need context before putting out opinions that can cause others harm. I personally know of two people who decided to try to treat conditions that had indications of cancer, with supplements instead of a multi- disciplinary approach of medically proven medication along with supplemental medicine and both are now deceased. Our mis-trust of "the system" can sometimes lead to fatal outcomes. I live in the middle space. Cautious common sense over social pressures.

I have survived 66 years without contracting any of the major diseases that plague western society. Polio,small pox, rubella,TB, serious Covid. There will always be contradictions & outliers but for the most part these preventive measures haven more than proven themselves for 50+ years in most cases. Just my observation after lots of high quality research and living basically disease free for as long as I have.

People need context before putting out opinions that can cause others harm. I personally know of two people who decided to try to treat conditions that had indications of cancer, with supplements instead of a multi- disciplinary approach of medically proven medication along with supplemental medicine and both are now deceased. Our mis-trust of "the system" can sometimes lead to fatal outcomes. I live in the middle space. Cautious common sense over social pressures.
