	⚡ 7:16am tom tom the pipers son: i think the thing that adds a layer of pathos to the l.a. fires is that the environment is man made by a pumped water supply (a pipe dream) which i think the inhabitants are aware of it's fragility at least unconsciously and the area's beauty makes the devastation extra painful, but i'm getting away from the fact that its cause is climate change which is another "human" story

They got 8 inches from that storm and the area is semi paralyzed. No municipal snow plows, they used private contractors, often guys with a plow on a pickup truck. Uff.
