Hey campers! Today we have two British DJs playing lots of records at once. (Which is good for those of you who are pressed for time.)

Mr Fab:

We start off with some pretty chilled sounds. Which my nerves could really use after this week.

Listen to more music at twice the speed, play everything at 78 rpm!

Both of these mixes today were posted on the Internet or made for radio, and don’t seem to be available anywhere.

78 rabbits per minute? is that sustainable?

RIP, The Rabbit Museum in LA. A victim of the fires. Roger, your listeners would’ve loved that place.

This mix kind of reminds me of Mike Rogers’ “sounds from space.” I miss that show…

Seeing so many posts from friends of landmarks large and small that are gone. The catastrophic destruction is unfathomable.

I'm trying to recall a comedy piece where someone talks about speeding up their dreams. Darned filing system in my brain is dusty. It will probably hit me at 2am with an AHA moment.

We had a light dusting of snow this morning here in Northeastern New Jersey. It's sunny now and the melting has begun. It looked nice on the trees though, like icing.

The sounds of this Blue Room Mix are crystalline in keeping with snowy scenes.

I think my favorite mashup is "Steely Danzig" - "Dirty Mother" but this is nice too, mash up or not... Is it a mashup of ambient records or something?

I miss Mike Rogers. I should go check his youtube & other online presence to see how he is doing.

When people astral travel, they often remember the experience as if it were a series of events stacked onto eachother, rather than a sequence of events that have unraveled chronologically. So basically like an immediate download of a dream.

Time is not linear.
Avatar 12:18pm

↳ Krys O. @12:15
Well, that may be true, but astral travel, by contrast, would not require dreaming to be sped up!

↳ Arvo Zylo @12:18
Oh, I would think not. I was only trying to remember a British comedy bit about speeding up dreams.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:33pm
Krys O.:

I found it! It wasn't a British comedy skit. It was from Jim Jarmusch's Coffee & Cigarettes. It's a running gag about drinking coffee at bedtime so your dreams go fast like a camera at the Indy 500.

I served a beer to someone next to Bill Murray once. I liked the Iggy Pop scene too!
