It's never too late to get classic Doctor Who on TV, but IDK about the comics. I was put off by how much Tom Baker (or whichever Doctor) didn't look like himself in the comics at all -- maybe always a problem for TV fans trying to make the transition to a tie-in comic.

The Beatles entered my life when I was eight years old. Also, we only had a black and white TV. HELP! was in color on a huge screen. What needs to be explained? For me, it was like seen a flying saucer.

I don't get into it with people who dismiss it. What's the point? It was a visceral experience that twisted my head backward.

My memory, not there's.

Yes! I didn't see A Hard Days Night until 1971 when it was on The Million Dollar Movie. But regarding the animated series, I remember feeling slightly gypped that it it wasn't The Beatles themselves on the TV.

Hello all, I realize you're probably already overwhelmed with people from LA seeking help, and I'm glad to see franco and chresti here (hope you're both okay), but I just found out about this Google sheet with a list of musicians that are seeking GoFundMe donations due to losing homes/instruments. Included are Bennie Maupin, Bobby Bradford, and many less well known but just as deserving folks. This doesn't even cover everyone, but it's a good start. Please give what you can. Thank you!
