The image of Karen Carpenter wasting away and dying as a result of mental illness--despite being surrounded by family and friends, imposes (at least to me) a layer of ghostly sadness.

	9:51am Hana: Trouble, the wolf song reminded me of a song by saxophonist, Paul Winter called Wolf Eyes. I recently saw him play it live and he had a great story about being inspired by wolves he heard in Northern Minnesota and wanting to capture the vibe with alto sax. Paul winter is 85 and still tours for his winter solstice celebration. Amazing! Highly recommend!

I recently saw him play it live and he had a great story about being inspired by wolves he heard in Northern Minnesota and wanting to capture the vibe with alto sax. Paul winter is 85 and still tours for his winter solstice celebration. Amazing! Highly recommend!
