My friend & I were talking about it weeks ago & he didn't believe that you could do that, like there would be some sort of copyright on a band name & you'd have to name your band something else. Seems sometimes bands have to change, and sometimes not? It's like when The Angels went to the US, they had to rename to Angel City, cos there was already a band there called The Angels (or maybe even just Angel)
