Listener comments!

  3:21pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

Fabio, I've missed your last two shows. It's good to be back.
  3:21pm
BSI:

sounds like my last job interview.
  3:23pm
L's:

Hey Fabio! Are these friends of yours?
  3:25pm
slugluv1313:

KITTY!!!!!!! :)
  3:25pm
Carmichael:

Wasn't Dub Taylor that old cowboy character actor with no teeth and suspenders?
  3:27pm
Dead Corporate Eyes:

yes, and he had a bowler in most instances as well. I believe he had some teeth.
  3:28pm
L's:

I wonder if David will do a small club tour?

Watched the Twin Peaks pilot the other night... just realized he let's you know who Laura's killer is in the first 10 minutes or so...
  3:29pm
BSI:

God, I miss my tooth suspenders.
  3:31pm
Ike:

Holy cherry pie and coffee! I'll have to check out that David Lynch record.

Man, there's lots of unmoored apostrophes flying around up in here today.
  3:33pm
Record Faire Slave:

hey there fellow drones...
  3:37pm
slugluv1313:

@ L's -- ah! i have been wanting to go back and watch all those old "Twin Peaks" episodes ever since i have been hearing this awesome and creepy new album from Mr. Lynch on WFMU . . . and now you REALLY have me curious!!!
  3:38pm
Record Faire Slave:

the finest were getting it on again today at Zuccotti, apparently, for no particular reason, again. lots of ultraviolence + some actual blood spilled: see http://cityroom.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/11/17/protesters-and-officers-clash-near-wall-street/
  3:38pm
nyoukis:

don't ever get yr shit together, fab. x
  3:40pm
BSI:

What nyoukis said. Shit must never be gotten together. That alone is a road to certain madness.
  3:41pm
Record Faire Slave:

THAT, btw, is what you get for flicking the cap off an NYPD officer, apparently.
  3:45pm
L's:

Last year I found the Twin Peaks VHS box set, and the first two episodes on the first tape were so gritty and funky looking, like Turnervision applied by a 10 year old. I used to watch it when I was a kid, and it made me feel really cold.
  3:46pm
L's:

Any chance we could hear Julee sing "Falling?"
  3:58pm
trolly mctrollerson:

these guys are masters?
  4:00pm
BSI:

Got to see Bachir Attar & the Jajouka guys last time they toured these parts. Absolutely skull-waxing show.
  4:02pm
glenn:

inside or outside wax?
  4:03pm
BSI:

@Glenn: they switched places. Messy as hell, but great fun.
  4:08pm
Liz B.:

You got it right, Fabio, dinoflagellate (with dino pronounced like dinosaur): they cause red tides.
  4:34pm
glenn:

sorry, how much does it cost, again?
  4:37pm
glenn:

i'm waiting for lars von trier to remake porky's.
  4:40pm
Oona:

Has anyone ever seen "Max mon Amour," with Charlotte Rampling (and a monkey)? Wild.
  4:44pm
Dinosaur Antiflagellation League:

Speak out against dinoflagellation! Take back the swamp!! Silence = Extinction!!!
  4:46pm
glenn:

occupy the primordial ooze!
  4:46pm
Oona:

I heard dinoflagellation will make your dino fall off.
  4:48pm
Dinosaur Antiflagellation League:

I only flagellated my dino till I needed glasses.
  4:52pm
3D Nightmares Inc.:

Jurassic Wank.
  4:53pm
glenn:

oh boy. prehistoric potty humour.
  5:03pm
Oona:

Surprising so many still have thier Dinos (and eyesight), but maybe internet porn wll take care of that.
  5:05pm
Oona:

Nevermind.
  5:06pm
glenn:

oona one, oona two.
  5:06pm
nic:

totally awesome show !!!!!!!!!
  5:07pm
BSI:

Christ on a Triscuit, this Watermann piece...
  5:07pm
fun cakes:

Is that Compost?
  5:20pm
Tony Baloney:

Better than Faust: http://www.dangerousminds.net/comments/nik_pascal_raicevic_do_not_listen_to_these_albums_if_you_are_stoned/
  5:25pm
hamburger:

  5:38pm
L's:

sorry, meeting... but what is this brain destroying slduge rock?
  5:43pm
Mark:

alright Skullflower!
  5:43pm
Carmichael:

Back from a meeting. I get it now; play some over the top bottom blasting molten metal music just before Clay comes on, to give his comparatively wussy playlist just the right punch. What?
  5:50pm
Dinosaur Antiflagellation League:

A punch in the solar plexus?
  5:51pm
david:

peaking out with peeking lights
  5:53pm
david:

fabio u sound like a cop! cop cop cop cop, lol jk
  5:56pm
moose:

cooking dinner is ok too
  5:56pm
BZ:

Twitter = food+pressing concerns about personal squabbles
  5:56pm
stefica:

wow, julie, everyone i know is talking about ows on facebook!
  5:58pm
david:

we want a "focus" from OWS because we want the kind of instant gratification we get with corporate media and representative democracy... direct democracy takes time, particularly on the larger "demands" issues...
  5:59pm
kata:

not having a leader is actually brilliant because there's no one figure to crucify.
  6:00pm
moose:

i'm not fond of crowds and am very fond of orderliness
  6:00pm
dale:

the tv news makes a special point of showing injured police, yet untold numbers of civilians have been pushed, shoved, dragged, pepper sprayed....with no special consideration or empathy.
  6:00pm
stefica:

the movement is consensus driven. no leaders.
  6:00pm
DS:

"to cynical for even the NYPD"!!!!!!!!!!
WHERE THE FUCK HAVE YOU BEEN?
  3:13am
bertrand:
