Turning over the toy box and jamming together the gloriously mismatched musical Lincoln Logs, Legos and Tinker Toys from Tin Pan Alley pluggers, pickled egg tavern weepers, lockstep soul ensembles, skinny-tie power poppers, Eurotrash ravers, moontanned art school rockers, drunken soccer anthems and anything else that seems like a good idea at the time. There are no guilty pleasures.

I was trying to describe this song and lyric to someone who could do a great Cos imitation of his own but is too young to be familiar with this sitcom theme. Justice to it I did not do.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:25pm
Alex In Illinois:

Flying Monkeys and Wicked Witches sound fun and interesting. When I think of Kansas, I think of Fundementalists who insist that the world was created 6000 years ago on a Tuesday and who think that the U. S. Constitution was written by Jesus while riding a dinosaur.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:02pm
Alex In Illinois:

Pacific Standard Simon: yes Cairo and their "White Hats", totally against the Civil rights program. Before the Civil War, Cairo was a major part of the Underground Railway. After the civil war, it is as if it turned into a piece of Mississippi that attached itself to the bottom of the state.
