The image = Pledge drive swag?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:07pm

Yeah, the retro rotor works without "massage by an attendant", but you can still get that on the side just for fun.

I almost suspect this is the male version of women's "shoulder massagers".

You can read that?

Oh, right. You're in your 30s. I forgot.

"Musical Interpretations of the Paintings of Paul Klee". I'm sorry, but that sounds like bullshit.

rrg, Thx for the tip. Anything even remotely resembling the Belew-Fripp or Partridge-Gregory or Gentle Giant hocketing with hard-panned counterpoint is ear candy to me.

To quote the picture, "This picture tells it's own story." 'nuff said.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 3:19pm
Caryn:

@rrg: well, Klee's work is known for referencing his musician side. As Rainer Maria Rilke said, "I would have guessed that on many occasions his drawings were transcriptions of music." So, I suppose TNG is just turning the transcriptions back into music?

...Or maybe I'm just spouting bullshit too. Who knows?

Yeah Irwin, cut it out. I want you out of here by 6pm! And be polite to the Prog Police Officers (essential federal employees who are not furloughed) waiting outside the studio who want to talk to you about Trick of the Tail. Of course, all you need to do is show them that gorgeous Hipgnosis gatefold and they'll let you go.
