	8:27am ausmanx: neil, i haven't read far into the thesis yet, but i think his point was that it was the first film to use the soundtrack that way (apparently stigwood actually took songs from the next Bee Gees album and put them in the film instead) as an integral part of marketing the film, a process which then became commonplace (of course the merger of film companies with music companies in the 70s was part of this, but i'm assuming you could even argue SNF accelerated that process too)
