@ausmanx: The length didn't bother me (actually a good thing while recovering from heart surgery). Not a great read for me, but good enough. The historical/political/social references went over my head, which was annoying at times (I had no internet access)

Went to Dissection's Wikipedia page, and it says that The Temple of The Black Light was formerly known as the Misanthropic Luciferian Order (MLO). That's a much cooler name.

I was expecting some real blast-beat stuff, but this sounds like standard shred-Yngwie-Megadeth metal. I presume the Dark Lord would not be pleased.
