As such, I may be offline for the rest of the week as I'll be going home with her to the hinterlands for a few days to look after her, make sure that she doesn't do anything whacky (getting her to sit still is tough), etc.

At least we literally have the best care we can find, out here in NYC, and family friends who are more than willing to step up RE things like driving her into the city today and back (sold my last car back in '93 and haven't driven anything since)...

	7:27am queems: my mom drives me crazy, but i had a major health emergency last december and she was there every day in the hospital, she was at every doctor's appointment, and she was there for me emotionally for my whole 6 months of medical leave. my mom is the best and i hope she knows how much i appreciate her!
