Oh, it just lets you indicate which songs you particularly like. Some DJs find that information useful. Clay Pigeon is counting down the top 40 clicked songs for his show during marathon. There's a sometimes hard to see star thingy by the song title on the playlist.

each song in the playlist has a star in the frame with the title or the artist, just click it and choose "lerve!" or better known as "favorite"

One of my best live music memories was seeing Steve Earle in a coffee shop in San Francisco in the late 80s. Just him and a guitar, I have this memory of him walking all around the cafe as he sang, and maybe at one point going outside, continuing to play and sing

It's funny. Portland OR hipstertizer company Weiden+Kennedy are the ones who keep using The Soft Boys' I Wanna Destroy You in different commercials.
They're the same company who approached smartass collage band Negativland to make a commercial and they famously told them NO WAY IN HELL.
