my sister lived in woodstock back in the early-to-mid 70s, she loved it, i visited often. she worked at the hotline, among other things. her favorite story was something about an MG parked near the Green; the locals told the tourists it was JJ's car. lots of camera-clicking ensued.. i love living there, too.. miss its hominess.

Avatar Swag For Life Member 8:49am
fred:

@annie: When I get tired of clicky-starring track (a good problem to have) I just cliky-star the whole show. I mean, why a middle ground of "I just liked this set" but not the whole thing?". Even if it was just this set that reached and talked to you, it was a longer term part of what the DJ put in that show. If you liked a long part of it, you liked it all, because that wouldn't have existed without the DJ's view for the whole show

I caught a bit of the show live but now catching up properly. full of delights as ever, beautiful pieces in the second set and invigorating, smile-making old-time sounds in the last. I have to say I listened to the whole of "I've Endured" thinking they were singing "I'm A Nerd", which is still a good song title.
