My college buddy Brad who’s now an executive in Hollywood had PAed on 7 Years in Tibet which was shot in the Andes and he dragged a bunch of us to see it when it came out and early on there’s a night scene looking up at the sky and I see the southern cross and my disbelief was shattered.

"Planes, Trains, Automobiles" but the Missouri license plates correct, for example. I do remember some late 90s movie remake (House on Haunted Hill?) that ends with the Sun rising over the Pacific Ocean. Which... yeah.
