RIP Steve Martin.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 12:41pm
Krys O.:

YES! I was just listening to this Steve Martin track again last week after you played some Left Banke. Such a voice. Love Songs in the Night is exquisite too.

Just the thing I need for a rainy Bay Area morning.

It's raining up here in Sacramento as well, vinylmonkee.

Crap, I didn't know he passed away this week.

Noted three new bands to follow up on so far. Thanks, Pseu. Gotta head to a meeting for an hour. But it sounds great.

Pseuzie: I hope you learned an important lesson re: “following the rules” after narrowly escaping incarceration last week due to poor parking choices. But my guess is my hope will be dashed, which of course is why I have become a Hooker (!)
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:20pm
Pseu Braun:

FYI WW there's a GIANT flag laying on the sidewalk on Greene st between york and monty. The flag reads "PIZZA". Would look great in your work space

Pseu- I will have to take a pic the next time I am in that neck of the JC woods. However, I am not bright enough to establish the connection between “pizza” and my “parking” hammeration.

Turkey vultures are cool as hell. They'll vomit on you as a defensive move. Consider what they eat when you ponder that
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:37pm
Parq:

"Prayer For the Nodules" would be a good name for an album. Maybe it can be Class Three Overbite's next release.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:39pm
Krys O.:

Lots of turkeys and vultures near the office here in Roseland, as well as deer, foxes and coyotes. When a turkey is perched in a tree, there is no graceful descent for them. It looks and sounds like a large garbage bag being tossed with a gargling moose inside.

PERSONATOR from Highland Park NJ:

If I may suggest you may not need wire protectant if you just put a thick layer of duct tape or gaff tape on the outside of the cable that should protect it from being eaten and destroyed sorry to give you the unsolicited advice but I thought I would just chime in because I’ve done this with many different cables I wanted to protect or use electrical tape

I want to get a trail cam to make a catalog of all the animals I can find in Jersey City. I've seen almost everything you'd see in the burbs, except bears
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:44pm
Handy Haversack:

Do you get coyotes in JC?
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:46pm
Doug in JC:

I saw one a few years ago. I haven't heard of any being spotted recently though
Avatar 1:47pm
Carmichael:

Spray that fart catcher.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:47pm
Krys O.:

I saw a coyote in Roseland once. Luckily it did not see me. I came across two deer yesterday on my walk to the bus stop. Last year I saw a large turkey run across the road upright and it looked like a velociraptor.
Avatar Swag For Life Member 1:48pm
Handy Haversack:

I've seen raccoons and possum in North Brooklyn/western Queens, but no deer/coyote/bear. Which, probably best for them. We do get raptors and cool birds, though no turkey!

I saw a mated pair of bald eagles last week in Seattle. Yesterday I was in Sacramento and saw a pair of red-tail hawks and a very large spotted owl. I’m kind of a bird nerd.

There was a bear on Bloomfield Ave in Caldwell several years ago. That's a transfer point for me taking three buses to and from work.

I applaud Pseu’s comments whilst on the radio, broadcasting across the universe thanks to the Interwebs. She is indeed modeling that “super-nice” behavior for which the residents of NJ are famous. This is especially true pertaining to her comments about the poor Farah Fawcett lady. As Pseu has been wont to say, “...good Lord.”

We love you...but WHY?
