B R M:

Fun story: the first big show I ever got to choose to see was R.E.M. in Detroit, and Camper Van Beethoven opened up. My step dad did not like them, so he went to use the bathroom. I did not see him until the end of the full show. I asked him where he was, and he said "everyone assumed I was an usher, so I just started seating people. I had fun."

That Archers of Loaf was a blast from the past. I recognized it only from having seen them live a looooong time ago, but several times. A friend in college was super into them -- and even more into one Archer specifically. We saw them a few times in NYC.
