Intimate electronics, bad poetry, tender murk, and tired humans making the best of it. Features live sound collaging, too.

Question for the Hive Mind: A recipe I'm looking at calls for dried guajillo, ancho, and de arbol peppers. Looks like I have 2 of 3. Is it crazy to sub more guajillo for the ancho? Looks like they are about the same spice level.

I've been meaning to rewatch the show with that perspective in mind, and see if I appreciate it more. An ongoing writing challenge.
I loooooove every episode Chris Carter directed, though.

@Ike The Expanse became my favorite space show after Dark Matter got unnecessarily cancelled. Halfway through the new season now. They could keep making it and I'd never get tired of watching it.

No word yet from the inspector. It takes about a week for that to get to him.
The cats have been to a neurologist, and he says she needs an MRI and spinal tap. So.... I guess that's what I've got to do. Trying to scrounge up the money.
My other cat has been exhibiting neurological problems as well, I now realize.

Like I don't already feel like a horrible pet parent for this shit.

I'm still going to ask if they can be put on an anti-fungal. It can't hurt.
Fox:

I'm no expert either, but if it's both of them then yeah, I'd deduce the mold to be the culprit. Good idea. Really hoping you catch a break soon. Couldn't imagine if it was my little guy. My heart goes out to you and your furry family. ❤️
