  6:17pm
Danne D:

according to Wally Wackiman it sounds like he is not going to listen to the radio (and Tom's show) live tonight - so I think they can't do the phone or anything else either.
  6:22pm
John McCabe in LA:

  6:26pm
ale x:

this caller sounds like he's autotuned
  6:29pm
Mike East:

I'm conflicted. My 7 yr. old really wants to make her Holy Communion (mostly because her cousin did, and she wants to wear a white dress). It doesn't really matter to me or my wife, but heck, if she actually wants to go to CCD, I'll pay for it. Not sure yet if we're going to baptize the the unborn baby.
  6:30pm
Phillip in San Antonio:

I'm happy i belong to "The Church of the Sub-Genius".
  6:30pm
EAL:

Damn the Zeitgeist people! "Hey Chris, this is Dave, or Carl, and Josie & the Pussycats dates you; is that the 70s?" (Chris T already said he met his buddy in 1975). "Why did you leave the church; was it the divorce?" (Chris T already said it was the divorce) zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
  6:33pm
Danne D:

  6:34pm
Mike in SoCal:

I want to hear a Jew call in and tell about something evil they did in the past 12 months.
  6:34pm
Mike East:

...good question. I don't know what it stands for, but that's what I called it when I was a kid. Its Catholic education for kids that go to public school.
  6:36pm
DPCD:

Catholic Childhood Development, now officially changed to "Prep." Because of unfortunate other things with those initials...

  6:38pm
Mike in SoCal:

I'm atheist and I've been to Jerusalem. I can honestly tell you it's like Disneyland for religious people. To an atheist it's just a lot of old buildings and sand.
  6:39pm
DPCD:

Yes, Killer, that's one of them.
  6:40pm
John McCabe in LA:

"Elohim" but you didn't hear it from me.
  6:40pm
Phillip in San Antonio:

I found that CCD and CYO (Catholic Childhood Development, Catholic Youth Organization), the people and lame ass kids that i had to go there with, everyone was very arrogant, snide, cold, snobby, and very judgmental from the small east Texas town that i had to go to. It pushed me far away from Catholic faith.
  6:41pm
Phillip in San Antonio:

I guess thats why i listen to WFMU?
  6:42pm
Mike East:

@Phillip - for me, it was just really boring, and a drag cuz I think I had to miss the Simpsons for a couple seasons when it was on Thursday nights.
  6:44pm
Central Scrutinizer:

Joe had a girl friend named Mary.
She used to go the church club every week...
  6:44pm
Phillip in San Antonio:

That's funny Mike. Yes, extremely boring.
  6:46pm
green mountain man mark:

My Chris T pot holder has tons of stains. I use it often. One time I was cooking and believing at the same time and in my imagination (I think) Chris showed up on the napkin I was using to wipe up a small I thought, How appropriate! He takes care of all of the nasty spills like the bounty man.
  6:46pm
